According to a recent customer and stakeholder survey, Gramex customer satisfaction has improved significantly. The Gramex Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS) in the survey, which ended in early October, was 43 points, compared to 1.34 in the previous survey. Customers cited an efficient accounting process and a renewed, more professional and ambitious approach as the reasons for the increased ratings.

AEPO-ARTIS, representing European music and audiovisual performers, has appealed to the Finnish government to reverse the cut in private copying. According to the petition, the cut is not in line with EU legal obligations.

Don't Kill The Culture campaign, launched on Tuesday 11 June, calls on policymakers to preserve fair stage of private copying compensation. According to creative sector organisations, the Finnish government's planned cut from 11 million to 5.5 million would be unjustified and devastating to the cultural offer across Finland. Gramex calls on all music performers, producers and music lovers to join the campaign.
