Sustainability program 2025–2030
Gramex’s new sustainability program brings together all the different actions into a manageable and continuously measurable format. Additionally, the program includes entirely new areas of development, such as in the field of environmental responsibility.
The sustainability program provides a framework for advancing sustainability efforts and transparent communication, while also supporting the continuous development of Gramex’s operations.

Impact Through Collaboration
The most relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals for Gramex’s operations were identified through a customer and stakeholder survey and an employee workshop in the sustainability program.
Based on the identified priorities, the program’s themes, goals, actions, and metrics were developed, along with a monitoring tool to support implementation. The selected themes and actions encompass areas related to both the development of our own operations and impactful collaboration. The progress of the sustainability program can be monitored in the future, for example, through annual reviews.
