The most played song of summer 2026
Domestic music dominated the top of the summer airplay chart. Claiming the number one spot was Liekinheitin by Linda Lampenius and Pete Parkkonen, which was played 3,791 times on commercial and Yle radio channels during June and July.
In second place was Fever Dream by Alex Warren, with 2,907 plays.
Third on the chart was Haloo Helsinki! with Voiko enkelitkin eksyä (2,624 plays), followed closely by Ahti’s Sisko ja sen veli (2,609 plays). Fifth place went to Elias Kaskinen’s Meidän tässä kuuluisi rakastuu, which received 2,293 plays.
Sixth place was also claimed by a domestic release: Tähdet by Ahti and BEHM, which was played 2,128 times on radio.
The only international tracks to reach the Top 10 were Fever Dream by Alex Warren in second place and New Religion by Faithless and Bebe Rexha in seventh.
The strength of domestic music is exceptionally clear in this year’s statistics, with eight of the ten most-played songs being Finnish releases.
“This summer’s soundtrack has been defined by new Finnish music. It is great to see how widely and diversely domestic music continues to reach audiences across the country,” says Joona Vihervaara of Gramex, who compiled the statistics.
