  • Phonogram report renewed

    29.10.2026
With the updated phonogram report, submitting reports is now easier thanks to new features. The long-requested ability to return to a draft phonogram report adds greater flexibility for our customers. At the same time, the user interface has been redesigned to make the service clearer and more user-friendly.

Gramex’s phonogram report was renewed on Tuesday, 20 October 2026. The update is designed to make submitting a phonogram report even smoother and to streamline the entire phonogram reporting process.

What’s new in the renewed phonogram report?

The renewed phonogram report includes several new features designed to make reporting easier:

    Saving

The phonogram report is automatically saved as a draft as you progress, allowing you to return to it and continue later. This makes reporting, particularly for larger phonograms, smoother and more flexible.

Joint production information can now be submitted directly in the phonogram report

Information on joint productions and ownership shares can now be submitted directly as part of the phonogram report.

    A clearer user interface

The redesigned user interface is clearer, more intuitive, and easier to use. The goal is to make submitting a phonogram report as smooth as possible for all users.

The renewal of the phonogram report is part of the wider ongoing development of the MyGramex portal. The improvements are being introduced in phases to enhance the customer experience and make it easier to use Gramex’s digital services.
