Act on the Collective Management of Copyright enters into force in 2017
Copyright societies are regulated by the Act on the Collective Management of Copyright. It came into force on January 1, 2017.
As regulated in the Act on the Collective Management of Copyright, Gramex prepares a so-called transparency report annually, in addition to a standard annual report and financial statements.
Complaints and procedures related to collective management
If you are client represented by Gramex, a Gramex member or some other collective management organisation and you want to bring a complaint before Gramex concerning its procedure, negligence or decision that impacts your rights and interests under the Act on the Collective Management of Copyright, you may file a written complaint with Gramex.
