    Don’t Kill The Culture – stand up for private copying compensation!

    Don't Kill The Culture campaign, launched on Tuesday 11 June, calls on policymakers to preserve fair stage of private copying compensation. According to creative sector organisations, the Finnish government's planned cut from 11 million to 5.5 million would be unjustified and devastating to the cultural offer across Finland. Gramex calls on all music performers, producers and music lovers to join the campaign.

    Research on Women’s Day: a quarter of Gramex’s personal customers are women

    Around a quarter of Gramex's personal customers, i.e. music performers and producers, are women. The results show that women are still under-represented in the music sector in relation to the population as a whole. Gramex released the statistics to mark Women's Day and Equality Day on 8 March.
