    Gramex has satisfied customers

    According to the 2025 customer and stakeholder survey, Gramex customer satisfaction has remained unchanged. The Gramex Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS) in the survey, which ended in early October, was 43 points, exactly the same as last year's survey. Customers praised the smooth customer service and reliability, among other things.

    Gramex listens survey results: customers more satisfied than before

    According to a recent customer and stakeholder survey, Gramex customer satisfaction has improved significantly. The Gramex Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS) in the survey, which ended in early October, was 43 points, compared to 1.34 in the previous survey. Customers cited an efficient accounting process and a renewed, more professional and ambitious approach as the reasons for the increased ratings.
