According to a recent customer and stakeholder survey, Gramex customer satisfaction has improved significantly. The Gramex Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS) in the survey, which ended in early October, was 43 points, compared to 1.34 in the previous survey. Customers cited an efficient accounting process and a renewed, more professional and ambitious approach as the reasons for the increased ratings.

From country to pop, rap to hard rock - did you know that radio has inspired hundreds of songs? Gramex is launching a list of 150 radio-themed songs to celebrate RadioGala on 12 April. The gala honours the best of the year in domestic commercial radio.

Around a quarter of Gramex's personal customers, i.e. music performers and producers, are women. The results show that women are still under-represented in the music sector in relation to the population as a whole. Gramex released the statistics to mark Women's Day and Equality Day on 8 March.
