Can distributions be paid to a choir or an orchestra?

If the performer is a choir or an orchestra that operates under a society, members of the choir or orchestra can provide a signed power of attorney to Gramex to notify that any remunerations accumulated should be distributed to the society. In this case, the society becomes a Gramex client rather than its individual singers and musicians. The phonogram report’s performer share should then only list the name of the choir and the number of performers for each track.
