Contact Gramex for phonogram licences that are needed for videos presented at recreational organisations’ events.
Who is this for?
The licence allows the use of phonograms in a video or some other AV production prepared or commissioned by a recreational organisation and presented in an internal or public event.
The licence does not cover any advertising or marketing use or distribution on intranet, social media or internet. In these cases, the licence is obtained directly from the producers of the phonograms, i.e. record labels (see list of examples). Make sure to obtain Teosto licences as well.
You can purchase the licence directly from Gramex’s online store. It takes effect immediately once paid.
Remuneration
0,89€ / second (incl. VAT 24%).
Billing and reporting
When a licence is obtained from the Gramex online store, separate phonogram reporting is not required. The licence is paid upon purchase at the online store or by invoice issued by Gramex.
