    What is a Gramex number?

A Gramex number is your personal customer number, which you can find in MyGramex under My Account. You will be asked to provide your Gramex number when completing a phonogram report.
When submitting a phonogram report, you must include all performers featured on the phonogram and their Gramex numbers. If a performer does not have a Gramex number, provide their date of birth and email address instead.
Providing an email address is recommended, as Gramex will send new customers a link to sign an electronic Gramex agreement.
If a performer featured on the phonogram does not have a Finnish Gramex number, for example because they do not reside in Finland, you may provide their date of birth or International Performer Number (IPN) instead.
