What attachments are required for a phonogram report?

The following attachments must be included with the phonogram report:

A co-production agreement must be attached if the sound recording has more than one producer.

If the performers agree among themselves to an equal distribution of shares, this can be indicated by attaching a freely drafted equal-share agreement to the phonogram report.

You may also attach the phonogram's cover sheet information or metadata, if available.

Please note: The total size of all attachments must not exceed 5 MB, and you can attach a maximum of five files to a phonogram report.
