Performing artists whose performance has been recorded on a phonogram and phonogram producers that have produced a phonogram are eligible to join Gramex as a client. To become a client, you make a client agreement, authorising Gramex to administer some of your commercial rights. This authorisation is limited. Gramex does not, for instance, grant licences for sales, streaming or promotional use of phonograms or music videos.
