By signing, you authorize us to manage your Gramex rights under Finnish Copyright Law. Gramex represents 64,000 musicians, artists, conductors, and producers. We charge no entry or membership fees, only withholding administration and collection costs from your payments.

Neighbouring rights, or Gramex rights, protect the rights of performers and producers over their sound recordings. These rights ensure you get paid when your recordings are publicly performed, broadcast, or used in other ways. Unlike copyright, which protects the composition, Gramex rights protect the actual performance and recording.

Gramex supports music in many ways. We defend artists’ and producers’ rights, fund music promotion and export, and support the Finnish Music Foundation, Music Finland, and the Copyright Information and Anti-Piracy Centre. We also actively influence legislation in Finland and Europe to ensure your rights are protected in the future.
