    What should I enter in the “Additional Information” field?

    The Additional Information field allows you to provide any supplementary information about the phonogram in free-text form. For example:
    • If the phonogram includes tracks that have already been reported to Gramex, you can provide their track titles, ISRC codes, and track numbers here.
    • If you are submitting the phonogram report on behalf of a producer, provide the details of the actual phonogram producer here.
    • If you are submitting a report for a foreign phonogram, provide the details of the relevant foreign producer here. You may also use this field to explain if the performer information in the phonogram report is incomplete.
    • If the phonogram was created wholly or partly using artificial intelligence (AI), this must be disclosed here. Please describe how AI was used in the creation of the phonogram.
