Members and administration

Members of GRAMEX are registered societies the members of which comprise persons or corporate bodies entitled to remunerations as performers or producers.

The administration of Gramex is the responsibility of a Managing Director and a Board of Directors made up of six members and a chairman. Three of the Board members are elected from among phonogram producers and three from among performers. The members elected from among performers are to represent different groups of performers.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors is to represent copyright expertise, and he/she must not belong to either one of the above-mentioned groups of right-holders.
